At the beginning of the year, Stefan Zucker - founder and first Managing Director of Z&P - passed on the baton and retired from management. Jens Weber and Jens Meyer will take over the management in equal shares. Stefan Zucker will remain with the company as an employed “consultant” until at least March 31, 2025.
