Building supervision and building phase inspections

Building supervision is concerned with quality assurance during the construction process. Of particular importance here is to check that the building specification that has been agreed is being followed to the promised level of quality. This includes confirmation of the building status achieved for each agreed payment stage, photographic documentation of the building phases and testing and final acceptance, including the issuing of completion certificates and defect reports.

Professional building supervision can ensure a significant reduction in possible defects and at the same time increase the value and functionality of the yacht. This service can extend from single inspections (building phase inspections) through to an ongoing on-site supervision service (building supervision) and must be appropriately adapted and agreed to suit the project.
